We work through creation of a war room. The war room is essentially a channel or single point of contact through which information is shared by your organization. It could be a person or a team from your organization. As engagements progress, we tend to interact with multiple people and teams inside your organization, though always through this single point of contact.
Our staffing is based on the engagement with experts to carry out the required specialised work.
We believe in doing in-depth analysis, which usually takes time, and we discuss these timelines before the start of the engagement.
We believe in constant communication between you and us, which underscores a healthy relationship and quick delivery.
We use third-party tools to create financial models, carry out quantitative analysis and
for specialised tasks such as Monte Carlo simulations.
Our reports and outputs consist of qualitative, quantitative and graphical representations, with constant adherence to the underlying principles of ease-of-reading and comprehensibility.
We are fully capable of carrying out engagements through video-conferencing. While this approach is easier to follow in shorter engagements, in longer (and consequently more complex) engagements, physical meetings become necessary. We shall discuss the modalities before the start of our engagement.
